Adam Fenster grew up in Seattle where he played for the club Seattle American’s, with the Washington State ODP team and at Seattle Prep High School. He also played a year in the Netherlands after his junior year of high school with Semi Pro club Daventria. Adam went on an played for 4 years at The Evergreen State College. After college I played in Washington DC for a couple of years before getting into coaching.
Adam started his local coaching with FC Alliance, Meadowdale HS then State Champions and the Overlake school. He continued on to Snohomish United and also coached in the boys Olympic Development Program and had the pleasure of coaching Jordan Morris current Seattle Sounder while at ODP. At the same time Adam also coached Bellevue CC Men’s team where in 2009 we won the NWAACC conference title and was named Western Conference Coach of the Year and NWAACC Coach of the Year. He currently is the head coach of the Women at The Evergreen State College. In 2010 Adam was hired as Director of Coaching for the Puget Sound Slammers, and now he is closer to home with Northwest Nationals and GS Surf.
Adam’s wife Shannon played soccer through out HS at Woodinville and College at The Evergreen State College where they met. They’ve been married now for 13 years and have 2 boys: Keyo (12), and Lunden (9), who are both active soccer players.
